With offices in Oregon and New York, Lori Brock has over 15 years of experience in the design/build industry, having done everything from design development to project management. Her work has won awards on the famed Street Of Dreams, and has also been featured in numerous design publications. - Plan ahead and decide what it is you really want, need and have space for.
- Refrigeration is a necessity —whether your preference is a refrigerator
(6OAR-SS-F) or a combination wine and beverage refrigerator (6OBAR-SS-F), don’t leave out this vital element.
- Try to incorporate water lines wherever possible. This will give you the option to have a sink and an ice machine, such as the new Marvel 3OiM-SS-F with up to 35 pounds of crystal clear ice per day.
- Remember to add storage for propane tanks, or if planning ahead, run gas lines for the barbeque and burners.
